A 6-Week Group for Practical Coping Skills, Grounding, and Emotional Resilience Find Your Footing is a structured, small-group coaching experience designed to help you build steadiness in your mental health, develop practical coping tools, and feel more grounded in everyday life. This group is for people who want support that is practical, skills-based, and focused on real-world application, not just insight.
This group focuses on practical skills, peer support, and personal development. It’s designed to complement any therapy or professional support you may already have, providing additional tools and structure you can use in your day-to-day life.
Over six weeks, you’ll learn and practice tools that support emotional regulation, boundaries, and forward momentum. The group format creates a space for deeper connection and shared learning, while still giving space for individual reflection, growth, and empowermen.
